To add a public comments box to a page:

1. log in, edit the page you wish to add the comments box to

2. Insert > More Gadgets

3. search for "code wrapper"

4. paste the code from here:

   http://www.htmlcommentbox.com/

5. width: 100%

   height: 310 pixels

   uncheck Display title

6. save
